CPL Learning Launches New Aspire Channel for Hospitality Teams

The new Aspire channel from CPL Learning is the go-to place for hospitality team members for practical tips and support, online resources, and a community to share experiences and successes from across the sector.

Throughout the pandemic, we here at CPL Learning have strived to support the hospitality sector in any way we can. Including the launch of our Hospitality Professionals panel, a survey panel built in conjunction with leading market insight and research consultancy CGA, to find out how frontline hospitality workers feel about the way the pandemic has impacted them. And there has been a clear message across all our surveys that our nation’s hospitality professionals are calling out for more opportunities to learn, grow and develop their skills and knowledge.

Supporting Teams

Our Hospitality Professionals survey data has repeatedly shown that hospitality teams value their professional development. Even during lockdown, learning and development have played an important role in the mental wellbeing of teams as well as improving team members’ overriding opinion of their employers.

In response to the feedback from our panel, we have launched this brand new channel to help support hospitality teams in their ongoing professional and personal development, no matter their current employment status, whether they are furloughed, working, or sadly been made redundant.

We have been working hard to find the stories and experiences that matter most to hospitality teams, and will be kicking off the launch of the new Aspire channel with registration to our first webinar event Building Resilience – Practical Ways to Look After Your Mental Health in Lockdown and Beyond.

We want to reach as many hospitality team members as possible with Aspire to help support their learning and development journey as we navigate our way through these challenging times.
