CPL Learning, S4labour and Fourth have announced they will waive their Yapster connection costs during the coronavirus crisis.
As partners to the hospitality industry, we’re so glad to see the sector coming together to support each other in what are unprecedented and tough times for the countries third biggest employment sector. Many hospitality and leisure businesses have had to close their doors to the public and furlough their teams. But for many of these, being unable to offer their valued teams the reassurance they need in these times is a big worry- and that’s why we’re so pleased to be able to waive Yapster connection fees.
CPL Learning, S4labour and Fourth have all announced that they will waive their Yapster connection costs during the coronavirus crisis – keeping open a vital communication channel without the costs.
Companies united for hospitality
The community spirit in the sector has been heartening in tough times. Companies are rushing to offer support in so many forms to help support their hospitality comrades.
So far, tens of companies have registered to take up Yapster’s ‘Unleash the Underdog’ offer of free access to the communication app while their teams are furloughed.
Operations and labour management tool provider, S4labour has reduced the rates of a number of its services and is providing dedicated furlough support.
CPL Learning has launched a series of free operational support courses such as Planning for Delivery and Takeaway as well as making some of their well-being range free of charge, including Mental Health Support Champion and Personal Resilience e-learning courses and are offering a 75% discount across many other online courses.
Unleash the Underdog
Yapster and their partners are all committed to helping operators keep their teams together in these challenging times and were happy to come together to offer the waived Yapster connection fees to their own clients.
“We’ve been working as partners for some time to bring best-in-class technology to our customers,” said Yapster CEO & Co-founder Rob Liddiard. “We are grateful to our friends at Fourth, CPL and S4 for their kind gestures and are proud as ever to work alongside them in this industry to provide what support we can at this challenging time.”
“Many operators we have spoken to are concerned about communicating to frontline colleagues while their GMs and Area Managers are on furlough,” added Richard Hartley, Chief Product Officer at S4labour. “We’ve already been working with Yapster to help our customers do this as efficiently as possible so we’re delighted to be able to provide this bit of extra support when they need it most.”
“We are incredibly proud to be a partner to the hospitality sector and take great pride in nurturing relationships with fellow suppliers that share our values,” added Ryan Pulford for CPL. “During this challenging time, the value of these partnerships has never been greater. We have united to help protect our industry and all those who are a part of it.”
