“I have used CPL in the past, so when it came to choosing an LMS system for Hotel Chocolat it was a no brainer for me, as I already had some knowledge on CPL’s capabilities. “We have worked with CPL for 5 years and during this time, developed and launched our bespoke ‘Talent Academy Online’ in June 2017, replacing a limited, basic system. The Talent Academy gives Marston’s employees access to compliance e-Learning, bespoke career development modules and resources on hot topics that our people have highlighted as development areas.

Since launch, our resources, which include PDF’s, videos and website links, have been accessed over 73,000 times. We also launched a mobile App version which was an important step as many of our people work in roles where they do not have access to computers. Overall 60% of our team prefer using the App rather than the website version.

Throughout, a key success of working with CPL is having a dedicated Client Manager who ensures any issues are resolved quickly and projects are managed effectively”
