How long does the training take?
Each full activity takes approximately one hour. Annual refresher courses are 15–20 minutes and designed to keep knowledge current without taking people away from the floor for long. Each activity also includes a 10-question assessment with an 80% pass rate.
Does my whole team have to complete the training?
Not necessarily, but you should ensure employees are up to speed on any legislation that could directly affect them. You can choose to roll the bundle out across your whole workforce or target it at specific roles. Managers who have completed the training can also support their teams through the key changes.
